Steven Adams and the Memphis Grizzlies are out there having fun against different teams, beating them all one by one as the team has now extended their winning streak to 5 by handing another loss to the Golden State Warriors. While the players are out there on court having fun, it is bound to happen that encounter some peculiar instances. Ranging from haircuts courtside to finding doppelgängers of players, the NBA has it all, and the entire world is there to witness these uncanny incidents. A similar such incident happened when the Grizzlies came face to face with the Warriors.

The Golden State Warriors suffered a terrible defeat to the in-form Memphis Grizzlies as the latter cruised past the away team with a 28-point margin, disappointing their rivals’ entire fanbase. The shorthanded Warriors team suffered yet another defeat in the absence of their star player Stephen Curry who is out with an injury. The team which didn’t have most of its starting line-up in the game still disappointed, and extended their losing streak to 3 matches.

Despite such a gargantuan victory over a team like the Warriors, one of the major highlights from the game involved their big-man Steven Adams, who was spotted at two different places at the same time in the stadium. Was it him or was it his stunt double? Well, it seemed like the latter.

Let us take a closer look at what happened in this sequence where Adams spotted his doppelgänger in the crowd as the crowd cheered while Adams, who himself is referred to as the stunt double of Aquaman found himself laughing hysterically.

Steven Adams finds stunt-double in the crowd, laughs hysterically

The Memphis Grizzlies have found one of the best big men in the league in Steven Adams, but what they fail to understand is that many more just like Adams are out there in the wild, searching for ways to get to each other, and this time, it really happened. Adams who himself is referred to as the Stunt-Double of Aquaman Star Jason Momoa has had multiple incidents in the past where people have confused the basketball player for being an actor, but this time, he found himself laughing at a guy in the crowd, who was, him!

The camera in the arena panned towards a fan who look eerily similar to someone else in the arena, in fact someone on court, and it was none other than the Grizzlies’ big-man, Steven Adams. Memphis star JA Morant spotted the fan who was placed alongside Adams and that was the moment Adams realised that something was happening. He turned around and took a second to realise that it was him placed with his doppelgänger on the screen in the arena. Adams danced a little and laughed hysterically on seeing the man who had a similar face and other physical characteristics, and he crowd cheered for both of them.

The Grizzlies defeated the Warriors by a massive 28-point margin as Desmond Bane led the way for the team with 22 points followed by Dillon Brooks and De’Anthony Melton who scored 21 points.

The Warriors fell short in getting their hands at a dub this time and in their inadequate effort, they were led by Jordan Poole who scored 25 points, followed by Moses Moody who scored 18 points and then Jonathan Kuminga who scored 15 points.

Let us now take a look at the reactions people on twitter had to this sequence of Adams spotting his doppelgänger on camera.
