Budding Buddhas Yoga and Mindfulness Programs are designed to build focus, strength, confidence and a strong sense of self. Our classes throughout Westchester and surrounding areas introduce age-appropriate yoga to children, tweens, and, teens, inspiring them to use the techniques they learn in class in their everyday lives.
We seek to inspire, empower, and teach young people the joy of yoga! All classes are taught by Budding Buddhas Certified and Insured Instructors who provide a warm, nurturing environment while instilling confidence, focus, and self-discipline through the practice of yoga.
Budding Buddhas Birthday Celebrations offers parties that will be filled with fun, movement, and mindfulness. Taking your child and friends through an interactive yoga experience combining music, creative poses, and games. The class will end with a relaxation and massage. Our birthday celebrations are open to kids ages 4 - 12.
We are happy to bring the party to you or you can come to Tovami Yoga Studio in Mamaroneck and enjoy a hassle-free celebration.
Party Packages may include crafts, henna tattoos, face painting or spa treatments. Rates depend on location, amount of children, length of party and craft (if desired).
