The Ukrainian player Elina Svitolina’s comeback after six months after giving birth to her daughter has been making all the right noises. Notably, she has become an inspiration to all on the Tour. Furthermore, the “supermom” has been showing amazing grit and determination, proving that she is a champion.

Many of the WTA players have spoken about her strength in balancing a family and following her passion and succeeding in it. Elina has three tattoos, but none of them are related to the sport. Let’s have a look at her tattoos and what they mean. She has a total of three tattoos: one on the corner of her right hand, one on her upper left thigh, and one on her inner wrist.

On her right hand, she has tattooed ‘carpe diem,’ which signifies living in the present. This is quite a common tattoo seen on many people. She revealed that this tattoo is very personal to her. The most visible is the tattoo on her upper left thigh, which is a geometrical portrait of a tiger. A Tiger tattoo is known to signify strength, courage, and confidence. She had this tattoo done in 2017, and it was revealed she had modeled for a Ukrainian magazine called ‘XXL’.

The other tattoo, which is a symbol of ‘’OM’’ on her wrist, symbolizes the primordial sound of creation. Elina said that there have been some tough moments in her life, and she is very proud of the way she has handled everything.
