This year Macaroni Kid is excited to be a supporting sponsor for Fairy Tales in the Park, a series of free live theatrical performances geared towards children ages 3 to 10 that visits local parks in in Ventura County on select weekends thru September 9, 2017. 

The last show in 2017 is "Pinocchio 2: The Return of Stromboli!" premiering on September 2 in Westlake, and Simi and September 3 at Channel Islands and then playing the following Saturday, September 9 in Camarillo and Ventura.

In this show, "Pinocchio 2: The Return of Stromboli!," Why is Geppetto, Pinocchio, and the Blue Fairy amazed at the CD that Jiminy Cricket is holding? Find out when Fairy Tales in the Park presents its final 2017 show, "Pinocchio 2: The Return of Stromboli!"

The goal behind Fairy Tales in the Park is to create an environment where families can introduce live theatre to their children. All Fairy Tales in the Park performances are held outdoors at local parks and they are always free of charge, though donations and sponsors are always welcomed.

Bring water, juice, snacks, picnics, hats and wear sunscreen if needed. Blankets and low-slung chairs are recommended and no pets please. Each show runs 45 minutes.
