The Dallas Cowboys legend Troy Aikman is making headlines for allegedly dating a much younger woman following a divorce from his second wife Catherine ‘Capa’ Aikman. Troy was recently seen with a woman named Haley Clark during their vacation in Italy. Clark shared some flirty pictures of her next to the Cowboys icon on her social media accounts.

The 56-year-old Troy Aikman was married to Catherine ‘Capa’ Aikman but the New York Post claims that a source has confirmed that Troy and Catherine got a divorce back in 2020, three years after their marriage. And now, nearly 3 years after his divorce, Aikman was seen with a 34-year-old Dallas-based sales director Haley Clark.

The 6-time Pro Bowl quarterback Aikman dating a much younger woman has led to the new couple receiving a lot of backlash on social media. In fact, Haley had to make her Instagram account private after sharing their vacation pictures. Amidst this, Aikman has received support from some people including the long-time sports analyst Dan Dakich.

During a recent episode of his show Dont @me with Dan Dakich on OutKick media, the former ESPN personality approves of Troy Aikman dating a younger woman.

“Troy Aikman has been seen CANOODLING with a hot younger woman. He’s got a gal pal, and I am all in on it,” Dan Dakich said. “He’s rocking, he’s rolling, good for him.”

Troy Aikman had a legendary NFL Career

The Dallas Cowboys legend Troy Aikman is one of the most accomplished quarterbacks in the league. Aikman enjoyed a legendary career in the NFL that spanned more than a decade.

Aikman was drafted by the Cowboys in the first round of the 1989 NFL Draft. As expected, Aikman helped Jerry Jones build a dynasty in Dallas and led the Cowboys to three Championships.

During his 12-year-long tenure with America’s team, Aikman won three rings, registered 6 Pro Bowl seasons, and also won one Super Bowl MVP award. After his legendary run, Aikman retired back in 2001. Five years later, Aikman was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as a player in 2006 for his contributions to the sport.

Nonetheless, Aikman joined Fox Network as a sports broadcaster immediately after retiring in 2001. The iconic Cowboys quarterback had a successful run as a sportscaster with Fox for more than 2 decades before he decided to jump ships to the ESPN network in 2022. He is currently covering the Monday Night Football games on the ESPN network with his long-time friend Joe Buck.
