BONNEVILLE, Idaho (CBS2) — Bonneville County Sherriff's deputies arrested 47-year-old Michael Montgomery on Monday, later booking him for Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Misdemeanor of Drug Paraphernalia.
Montgomery was called in by witnesses reporting suspicious activity, shortly after, dispatch received calls of a man in the Ammon Walmart parking lot pulling on car doors. After locating the man deputies identified him as Montgomery, who was on Felony Probation.
Following the identification deputies found Montgomery's car, finding drug paraphernalia, alcohol, and five grams of methamphetamine.
