Turns out, Justin Bieber did not head to Cannes last week solely to swag and sleep with Barbara Palvin.
A source confirms to TMZ that the artist made a huge donation to charity at the Annual Cinema Against AIDS Gala last night.
He attended the fancy event in a black, double-breasted suits and matched the sum pledged by another donor on hand… a sum of $545,000.
That is not a typo.
Famous faces in attendance – such Leonardo DiCaprio, Heidi Klum, John Travolta and Sharon Stone – were reportedly stunned by Bieber’s move, which was made with little fanfare.
But Justin simply told folks at the gathering that he was inspired to do something good.
We’re impressed. It’s enough to make us ignore his attempt (pictured above) at trying to grow a mustache again – and also enough to make us not want to punch Bieber in the face.
