OREM, Utah – Los Hermanos Mexican Restaurant, a staple in downtown Provo for more than 30 years, announced they signed a lease with University Place in Orem, after their Provo location was destroyed in a fire three weeks ago.
“We wept as we watched our downtown Provo location burst into flames,” a Facebook post from Los Hermanos read.
Rebuilding was not an option, according to the post, because the building they were leasing was deemed a total loss.
After searching for a new location in or near downtown Provo, without luck, they decided to open a new location at University Place.
“While we will be sad to leave, we are incredibly excited for what’s in store for us,” the post read.
