BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) — A motorcyclist has been killed after a crash with a pickup truck early Thursday.
Boise Police says the driver of a pickup truck was traveling south on Cole and tried to turn east onto Brentwood. As the pickup was about to complete the turn, the truck was hit on the rear side panel by a motorcycle traveling north on Cole.
The motorcyclist, 23-year-old Aleksander Tymoshchuk, was ejected. He was not wearing a helmet. Officers are investigating speeding as part of their investigation.
Thursday's incident marks four deadly motorcycle crashes in as many days around the Treasure Valley. On Wednesday, Idaho State Police says a 63-year-old man died after a crash on State Street.
