Description
The Great Gingerbread Build will take place on Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 9 am to 1:30 pm in the Newnan-Coweta Habitat ReStore. Registrants will receive a gingerbread kit complete with icing, candies, foundation, etc. Teams will be given 45 minutes to complete an entirely edible, self-standing gingerbread house. This event has grown in popularity over the past several years and the competition is steep, so make sure to bring your own additional edible ingredients that will make your confectionary creations stand out!
But beware! No building is complete without obstacles. The Grinch has wreaked havoc on construction efforts with building citations and unforeseen delays. Will his antics impact your family-friendly fun?
Participants will also enjoy hot chocolate and cider stations and Christmas cookie decorating!
