COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — This year’s Ohio State Fair saw the largest attendance since 2004.
Fair
officials said Monday that 840,306 people passed through the gates
during its 12-day run. That’s an increase of about 1 percent over last
year.
The annual event, which included a midway, hundreds of exhibits and entertainment on multiple stages,
ended its run Sunday.
The 2013 fair is scheduled for July 24 through Aug. 4.
