Peel the oranges and set aside. Cut the "pumpkin" stems from a stalk of celery by cutting long strips, then across to make rectangular pieces. Experiment to get the size you think looks best. Stick your celery pieces ("pumpkin stems") into the hole on top of the peeled orange where the segments meet.That's it!
