Oxford United fans are raving about the performance of West Ham United loanee Marcus Browne last night.

Oxford ran out 4-2 winners over Rochdale yesterday, and Browne put in a man of the match display.

The West Ham attacker was a constant threat throughout the contest, and he managed to score a brace to wrap up the three points.

And Oxford fans were lavishing praise on the youngster, who has made a huge impression in League One, since leaving the London Stadium.

Browne now has six goals in 15 appearances for Oxford, and the West Ham man actually may be playing below his level.

Already the youngster looks to be one of the best players in the third tier of English football, which bodes well for his future.

West Ham have high hopes for Browne, who is regarded as one of the brightest prospects in their academy.

Oxford are next in action at the weekend when they take on Plymouth Argyle in the FA Cup.
