Veteran Owned Business, Segura’s Baking Co is a Chicano bakery that focuses on wedding cakes, sculpted cakes, and other custom pastries to fit any occasion. We cater to most dietary needs such as gluten free, keto, and vegan without compromising looks and taste. What sets them apart is the attention to detail. 70% of our custom orders are military reenlistment or retirements cakes that have part of the uniform on them. She takes great pride in getting each detail on the cake right and making sure its as close to the real thing as possible. What she's most proud of is how far this small online bakery has come in the past five years. She started her adventure in Oahu Hawaii and moved to Oceanside, CA and now is located in Menifee.
