PERRYSBURG – St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, 871 E. Boundary, Perrysburg, will host the annual community
ecumenical service on Good Friday at noon.
Each year, a group of churches in Perrysburg hold this joint service, to which all members of the
community are invited. The service will include music, prayers, and a dramatic reading of the passion
narrative.
The formal service will be preceded at 11 a.m. by an outdoor Procession of the Cross, with participants
walking from church to church, praying at each stop along the way.
The procession will begin at St. Rose Catholic Church, 215 E. Front Street, and include stops at First
Presbyterian, Zoar Lutheran, Grace United Methodist, then ending at St. Timothy’s in time for the noon
ecumenical service.
