That medical power of attorney thing scares me. If my parents weren't there I don't have anyone else I'd trust to make that decision. (sibling---no way!!)

My lawyer who specializes in Elder Care charged $2900 for Will, Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy. Set up Trust to prevent nursing home from taking my assets.
