From Crayola: Join NASA scientists Dr. Hashima Hasan, Dr. Begoña Vila, and Dr. Prabal Saxena as they share fun facts about stars, space, and telescopes. Then join fellow space admirer and illustrator Louise Pigott with a read aloud of ALWAYS LOOKING UP: NANCY GRACE ROMAN, ASTRONOMER—a biography of Nancy Grace Roman, known as the “mother of the Hubble” and the first Chief of Astronomy at NASA. Students will be reminded that while there may be challenges along the way, you should do what you love and keep looking up. They’ll want to reach for the stars as they draw their own telescope and a sparkling celestial scene.
